Let's Do Lunch Club

Hey Kids! You can be an “official” member of the “Let’s Do Lunch” club by completing the form below. Membership entitles you to a scheduled visit and lunch with Ms. Janie Guffey at your school. Homeschoolers will be treated to lunch at the fast food restaurant of their choice. (Ms. Janie will meet you at the restaurant and then take you home.)

Club membership is only open to 1st-6th graders. You will receive your membership card in the mail two weeks prior to your scheduled date. Please fill out ALL of the information below!
